srry again this isnt about mapping but every time i try a map or connect to a server my ping is like this
Please Help i dont know what to do

Well Iv had a simular problem and this is how I fixed it.
First off my conection is about 36k-56k so its slow but, u can still play cs with a very nice vedio card that has a very fast refresh rate.
Now before my card my ping was 200-300 after the upgrade it lowerd to 150-200.(probley not your problem read on)
Now every thing was fine for awhile but, then one day my ping jumped to 15,000 every time i conected to a server.
Resion was I had a crap load of adware and spyware on my pc that took up resorces and ultumily slowed down my speed.
I use adawre and spybot, both free and both work wonderfull. After I removed the spyware my conection went back to 150-200.
(This is most likely your problem)
