lets say you had func_wall entitys in a certain area.
instead of 5-6 different func_walls,select them all and make them into one func_wall entity. ... |

well I tried it and I didnt see your glass brush, so I can not tell you what went wrong.
I added a window and made it func_breakable_surf and it works for me
